Blue Sky Agribusiness can provide “follow on” services from successful transactions or investments , or new arrangements, through the engagement of BSA to fulfill operational requirements. Our operational program covers a range of areas, including:

• Conduit between investor and business;
• Development of standard business procedures in line with investor goals and objectives;
• Liaison between company and industry including associations, research and development corporations and government;
• Oversight of all business management on behalf of investor, including all budgets (CAPEX, OPEX), offtake agreements, new business and acquisitions

Our operations team has a range of skills, all accessible for the investor and/or asset manager including agronomy, farm management, industry liaison, budget management, business development and livestock management.
